United States shipping

Standard shipping: $8 for products using our standard rate.
Free standard shipping: available on qualifying U.S. orders of $70 or more.
Express shipping: $15 when available.
Some products include free shipping or use a live carrier-calculated rate. The checkout rate shown for your cart is the final shipping charge.

International shipping

International shipping options and carrier-calculated rates are shown at checkout when service is available for the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.

Processing and delivery

Processing and transit times vary by product, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier. Any available delivery estimate is shown during checkout or in your order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Items in the same order may ship separately. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to begin updating after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, use our contact form as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing.

Delayed, damaged, or missing packages

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but cannot be found, damaged, or incorrect, please check the carrier tracking first and then contact us with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos so we can help promptly.
