At Lanoi Beauty, we want you to love what you ordered. We do accept returns on many of our products, however return eligibility varies by product and supplier. Because we work with multiple suppliers and brands, each with their own return conditions, we review every return request on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us first before sending anything back. We'll confirm eligibility and provide you with the correct return instructions for your specific order.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

General Guidelines

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible
  • For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and skincare products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective
  • Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return and the supplier's policy
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened skincare and cosmetic products (unless defective)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
